Windshield Wingman wasn't created by a software company trying to understand the auto glass industry. It was born from nearly two decades of real-world experience running successful automotive businesses and a relentless commitment to staying at the forefront of technology.
Where Windshield Wingman Came From
Founded by Emily and Mike Tyson, owners of Exact Match Paint Repair and Mr. Auto Glass. Windshield Wingman is the result of more than 17 years of serving customers, managing employees, solving operational challenges, and continuously improving the customer experience through multiple crews and locations in their automotive shops throughout Florida.
Like every auto glass shop, the Tyson's experienced the daily frustrations — missed calls, scheduling bottlenecks, inconsistent follow-up, unanswered customer questions, missed review opportunities, and countless repetitive tasks that pulled the team away from what mattered most.
Two years ago, a commitment was made to transform the businesses by integrating artificial intelligence into day-to-day operations. Windshield Wingman was built t to solve real problems inside our own companies.
Every AI assistant, workflow, and automation within Windshield Wingman was first developed, tested, refined, and proven in our own auto glass business before being made available to other shops.
